Adam is an Assistant Professor of Communication at The Univeristy of Tampa. He teaches both theory and skill-based classes in advertising, media and cultural studies. He holds a PhD in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a MS in Communication from North Carolina State University. As a media and cultural studies scholar, he conducts critical research on advertising, consumerism, B2B marketing, technological change, and discourses of the future. He is active in presenting and publishing regionally, nationally, and internationally.
